My dear Olivia. On our hike last week I told the girls that when they got out of breath and tired that they needed to calm their minds and focus on their breathing. I said: "Calm your thoughts and remove your focus from the pain. Close your minds eye and breath in air to cleanse your pain." Olivia immediately retorted: "My mind is a cyclops!" We all laughed, and felt no pain. When we got home, she immediately made this drawing. I love the way Olivia just gets "it."
